    Trainee nominations
This is a space to celebrate a trainee who has done a good job this month. Please include the trainee's name, email address (if you can) and current trust. Then give a brief description of why you would like to nominate them. Your nomination can be anonymous or you can leave your name in your text, either is fine. Nominations are open from all (consultants, trainee colleagues or any healthcare professionals).
One person will be picked each month to receive a token of appreciation.
